Pricing questions
What is a prompt?
A prompt is one question in one market, such as "best AI chatbot for a webshop" in the United Kingdom, in English. Each prompt is checked on every engine your plan includes, at your plan's frequency. A prompt in two markets counts as two prompts.
Which markets can I track?
Any of 14 markets, each in its own language: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Starter: 40 prompts on every engine we track, with no card. If you don't subscribe, the workspace falls back to the free plan and keeps running.
Do you charge per engine or per answer?
No. You pay for prompts. Each prompt is checked on every engine your plan includes, at your plan's frequency, with no credits and no per-engine multiplier.
Can sirefs guarantee my brand shows up in AI answers?
No. AI engines choose their own sources, and no tool can guarantee a mention, a citation or traffic. sirefs measures where you stand, tells you when that really changes, and shows what the engines cite, so you know what to publish.
Why are Claude and Grok checked weekly on Pro and Agency?
Claude and Grok are collected through their APIs with web search, which costs far more per answer than the consumer apps. Checking them weekly keeps the plans affordable; the other six engines run daily.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Prompts over the new allowance are paused, newest first, engines outside the plan stop getting checks, and the frequency follows the plan. Upgrade again and they resume.
Can I pay yearly or in Danish kroner?
Yes. Yearly billing costs ten months' price, so two months are free. You can pay in euros or Danish kroner.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
